Overview

Our client is a leading and highly reputable brokerage with a strong global footprint across Emerging Markets. They are looking to hire an experienced Emerging Market Credit Sales professional to join their expanding Fixed Income and Financing Solutions team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to leverage an established client base and platform, while contributing to a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients across Africa, LATAM, CEEMEA, and Europe.

  • Drive primary market activity, including origination, sourcing and distribution of EM credit products.

  • Execute secondary market trades, providing liquidity, market colour and trade ideas to clients.

  • Work closely with trading and structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions and identify cross-asset opportunities.

  • Monitor market developments, credit events and new issue pipelines to generate actionable insights for clients.

  • Contribute to the growth of the EM credit franchise through proactive client engagement and business development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Emerging Market Credit Sales, ideally within a brokerage, investment bank or trading house.

  • Strong understanding of primary and/or secondary markets, with established institutional client relationships.

  • Excellent product knowledge across corporate and sovereign EM credit.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are advantageous).
