        The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency/search firm with a strong preference for candidates recruiting for Front Office positions or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and client retention.
• Strong sales mindset—you're a hunter and a closer and a natural business developer.
• Motivated to deliver outstanding results, both individually and as part of a high-performing team.

          Establish a CONTRACT DESK

• We are also interested in speaking with recruiters who have a proven revenue track record and the ability to establish a CONTRACT DESK to focus on either Interim / C-Suite Roles, IT Roles, Finance Roles.
• We are open to ideas and suggestions that would complement or existing setup at Platinum & Partners.
