The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency/search firm with a strong preference for candidates recruiting within Front Office positions (financial services sector).
  • Good understanding and experience in one or more of our 4 core areas: Equities, Fixed Income, Cross Asset Solutions / Structured Products, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and client retention.
  • Strong sales mindset—you're a hunter and a closer, and a natural business developer.
  • Motivated to deliver outstanding results, both individually and as part of a high-performing team.
  • We are also interested in speaking with recruiters who have a proven revenue track record and the ability to establish a CONTRACT DESK to focus on either Interim / C-Suite Roles, IT Roles, Finance Roles, Support Roles. We are open to ideas and suggestions that would complement or existing setup at Platinum & Partners.
