Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking experienced FX Sales Brokers (Agency) to join their team in London & New York. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with deep relationships across both the buy side (hedge funds, asset managers) and the sell side (banks). The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of FX options trading and a proven ability to generate and execute trade ideas proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage established relationships with hedge funds, asset managers and banks to drive business growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and trade ideas in FX options markets.
Develop and implement structured and innovative FX options strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal trading and sales teams to enhance execution and client coverage.
Maintain a deep understanding of FX markets, macroeconomic trends and risk management strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best execution practices.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an FX Agency Broker, with a strong track record in options trading.
Deep buy-side and sell-side relationships, with strong sponsorship from hedge funds and asset managers.
Good understanding in FX options trading, including structuring and execution.
Ability to consistently generate trade ideas and proactively present them to clients.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant trading platforms and regulatory requirements.
