Our client, a reputable investment bank, is urgently seeking a suitable candidate to fill a senior Financial Analyst role, focusing on Global Financials, US & European Banks. (Fixed Income Desk)

Duties include:

The role entails in-depth analysis of US & European financials across various industries and rating spectrums. The primary focus is on identifying lucrative trading opportunities and generating actionable relative value ideas through comprehensive analysis. The incumbent will be responsible for constructing detailed financial and valuation models, conducting primary due diligence, and providing investment analysis on credits. As a senior member of the analyst team, this position is pivotal in delivering market-leading views and insights on dynamic situations.

Responsibilities:

Generate trading ideas and collaborate with the sales & trading team to execute trades.

Support the sales & trading force through fundamental analysis and investment recommendations on hybrid securities.

Lead the development and maintenance of financial and valuation models to assess various security types.

Prepare reports and notes on relevant investment themes, events, and breaking news, presenting findings effectively.

Qualifications:

Background in high-grade and hybrid products, with experience on the sell side.

Strong relationships with buy side analysts and portfolio managers, demonstrated by a track record of driving revenues.

Specific industry background is not mandatory, but familiarity with industrials is advantageous.

Seeking creative, entrepreneurial individuals with robust analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
