As a Senior Sales professional in one of these key areas, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a high-performing client book. The successful candidates or teams will bring a solid track record of revenue generation and a strong client network in the financial services industry. You will work directly with clients, leveraging your expertise to offer market insights and build meaningful, long-term relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth within your area of expertise (Equity Derivatives, Equity Sales Trading, FX, Commodities or Structured Products Solutions). Opportunities in New York & London.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver actionable market insights and customised financial solutions execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client needs.
• Utilise a hybrid work model, balancing in-office presence with remote work flexibility.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and revenue generation within a brokerage setting.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Equity Derivatives sales, Equity Sales Trader (High Touch), FX Sales, Commodities or Structured Product Sales. (individuals or teams moves)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A strong, active network of industry client contacts within the  US or UK / international financial markets.
