Platinum & Partners is collaborating with a prestigious bank in search of two experienced Fixed Income Sales professionals to join their expanding team in Milan. As a Senior Credit Salesperson, you will be instrumental in strengthening our client’s foothold in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth in Fixed Income sales, focusing on High Yield, Investment Grade, Corporate Credit or Distressed Loans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients across designated regions.
• Proactively identify market opportunities and execute profitable trades.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in Credit Sales with a focus on High Yield, Corporate Credit, Investment Grade or Distressed Loans.
• Regional Expertise: Proven experience covering either:
  • Benelux, Nordic or Netherlands regions.
  • German-speaking regions (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).
• Skills & Traits:
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to leverage opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship management with institutional clients.
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to surpassing sales targets.
