Institutional Liquidity Sales Manager - Multiple locations

About the Role:

Our client, a global provider of eFX sales, Commodities, CFD and cryptocurrency solutions for institutional customers, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Institutional Liquidity Sales Manager. This role focuses on expanding their institutional client base in the eFX Sales, metals, energy, indices and crypto sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target and acquire new institutional clients through proactive sales techniques, including cold calling, networking and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Business Development: Spearhead new business efforts and establish partnerships with high-performing Introducing Brokers.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at global industry conferences, trade shows and networking events.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes within the FX and liquidity markets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients including banks, hedge funds and proprietary trading firms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in the eFX sales or financial markets.
    • Proven track record in selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients and consistently exceeding sales targets.
    • Extensive experience with cold leads, including generating and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of eFX sales liquidity provision, trading platforms and market dynamics.
    • Established network within the institutional finance sector, including key players such as banks and hedge funds.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A proactive, self-starter approach to sales with the ability to work independently.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
