Our client, an esteemed Investment Management and wealth advisory firm, is actively seeking experienced private client advisers to play a pivotal role in promoting strategic planning to clients on a global scale. This opportunity is aligned with their investment management approach, aimed at establishing a strong foothold as the trusted private client adviser of choice.

The foundation of our client's approach lies in cultivating and nurturing client relationships with High Net Worth & Ultra-High Net Worth individuals. By immersing themselves in the clients' world, our client strives to comprehend their aspirations and collaboratively work towards achieving them. This approach emphasises wealth preservation through meticulous investment management, considering various facets including investments, currency, pensions and savings vehicles to optimise opportunities, mitigate risks and ensure tax efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Foster long-term relationships with new clients, offering strategic wealth planning over their lifetimes.

Strive to attain a trusted adviser status, positioning yourself at the core of each private clients' financial affairs and managing relationships with key stakeholders including trustees, custodians, lawyers and accountants.

Embrace specialisation, offering a personalised service to a select clientele and delving deep into their distinct needs.

Display adeptness in building a network of introducers (intermediaries such as IFA’s, accountants, lawyers) within your specialisation to expand the client base and assets under management.

Collaborate with the business to develop a comprehensive business plan, ensuring a structured approach with optimal resource allocation.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, promoting a proactive stance to achieve client objectives.

Sustain industry, market and technical knowledge to uphold the trusted adviser status with private clients.

Maintain adherence to regulatory obligations while continually focusing on self-improvement.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

Demonstrable experience in catering to specialist High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth clients.

Proven success in building a high-quality client portfolio with specialised clients and substantial assets under management.

Evident business development and professional network, resulting in successful client introductions.

Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in oral, written and numerical communication, enabling the clear and concise explanation of complex information tailored to private client needs.

Exhibit relevant industry, market and technical expertise to provide appropriate strategic advice.

Ideally hold a Level 4 qualification with a clear path towards achieving Chartered status.
