As part of its global expansion, the firm is seeking Senior Structured Products Sales professionals with a proven track record in revenue generation and cross-border client coverage.

Lead the origination and distribution of SPVs and AMCs to institutional clients, private banks, wealth managers, family offices and brokers globally.
Identify and develop new revenue streams across Europe, LATAM, the Middle East and/or Asia depending on your strengths and network.
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from structuring coordination to onboarding and after-sales relationship management.
Collaborate with product, legal and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards in target regions.
Deliver bespoke investment solutions aligned with client goals, leveraging both internal and external issuer capabilities.
7–10+ years of structured product sales experience, with a focus on SPVs and AMCs.
Proven track record in revenue generation and business development across international markets.
Strong relationships with buy-side clients, including family offices, institutional investors, private banks and external asset managers.
Deep understanding of structured solutions, regulatory frameworks and client investment behaviours in one or more global regions.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset—capable of working independently or leading a regional initiative.
Multilingual abilities (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, German, or Mandarin) are a plus but not essential.
