The Role
You will be responsible for driving structured product sales across the Middle East region, with flexibility to cover either:
Institutional clients, such as private banks, asset managers or family offices, or
A network of introducing brokers / intermediaries who have access to UHNWI and private clients.
You will play a pivotal role in deepening client relationships, originating new business and driving revenue growth through bespoke investment ideas and cross-asset structured solutions.
Originate and distribute structured products tailored to client needs.
Leverage existing relationships within the Middle East institutional or intermediary network.
Collaborate with trading and structuring teams to deliver high-quality investment ideas.
Identify new business opportunities and drive regional growth across key markets (UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain,etc).
Maintain a strong understanding of client investment appetite and market trends.
Proven track record in structured products sales (minimum 5+ years).
Strong network within Middle East institutional clients or intermediaries / introducers with access to UHNWI, family offices and private clients.
Demonstrable ability to raise flows and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Deep understanding of structured products (cross-asset, equities, fixed income, hybrids, etc.).
Based in or willing to relocate to London or Dubai.
Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
