Sales Trading - High Net Worth Clients

Our client is a dynamic broking house specialising in delivering bespoke solutions primarily across Equities, CFDs and Spread Betting. Additionally, they provide services in FX, Indices, Futures, Options and Commodities.

The firm distinguishes itself by offering a high-touch, personalised service tailored to the needs of UHNWI’s and institutional clients through its Equities-focused platform. Complementing this is their advanced Research Services and an innovative Electronic Global Retail Platform designed for UK private investors.

The Opportunity:

The firm is seeking experienced sales people (business developers) with strong connections to High Net Worth (HNW) UK clients to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of developing client relationships, generating revenue and delivering exceptional trading insights.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK HNW clients, offering expert market insights, idea generation and top-tier execution services.
  • Drive business development by sourcing and onboarding new HNW clients, expanding the firm’s private client base.
  • Ensure best execution practices by utilising all available trading venues effectively.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with brokers to ensure professionalism and the delivery of outstanding service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and technical developments to deliver informed and compliant trading solutions.

Background Experience

  • Proven experience within the financial services sector, ideally in sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong UK HNW client relationships that are portable and demonstrate your ability to drive business growth.
  • A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate market trends and trading ideas effectively to clients.
  • A solid track record of consistent revenue generation and client retention.
  • Highly detail-oriented, accurate and organised, capable of thriving in a fast-paced broking environment.
