THE ROLE
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships across hedge funds, prop trading firms and asset managers
- Run search assignments end-to-end from briefing and market mapping through to candidate assessment, interview management and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a network of quantitative and systematic trading professionals across research, development, trading and technology
- Stay current on the market: firms, strategies, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and the people moving between them
- Represent Platinum & Partners at the highest standard in every candidate and client interaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, technology or a quantitative discipline - quant, systematic trading or fintech recruitment experience is a strong advantage
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about quantitative finance and ideally have some experience in this space
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior, technically sophisticated professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication - our brand is built on the quality of how we present roles, candidates and the market
- Commercial drive and ambition, you want to build something, not just fill a seat
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Based in or able to commute to Canary Wharf, London
