What is required:
- Verified live track record, minimum 3 years running systematic equity strategies
- Sharpe ratio of 1.5 or above across full track record
- Experience running or co-running a book of $100m or above
- Strategy focus: statistical arbitrage, equity market neutral, factor or similar
- Strong risk management discipline, drawdown controls essential
What this is not:
- A role for candidates without a verified live track record
- Open to discretionary PMs looking to transition into systematic
- An SMA, separately managed account or external allocation
